  • could you demonstrate a thong bikini workout? I'm curious what that might look like.

  • it's a black and white bottom with a black top. The pieces are coordinated, they don't have to be exactly the same.

  • Hi, please do more pool videos :-) Thanks!

  • Great video! Water exercise is wise!

  • Treading water is pretty easy for me and really fun. Since i was little, i always wondered how,on cartoons, they would just like, be in the middle of the pool just floating and it drove me crazy! lol So every summer at my auntie's house, i would get in her pool and just swim and swim and i eventually learned how to tread. Now im a master at it XD

  • This girl can make people go half chub and learn knee rehabilitation workouts at the same time..

  • If swimming makes you fit, what do whales do wrong?

  • Testosterone doesn't let me focus on the workout :(

  • What if your like me and none of this will work cause you cant sink . . . at all. . . O_o

  • tred water for 15 minutes a day no hands. pure perseverance all it takes

  • is she the one in the movies

  • Many of the exercises that you demonstrated in the pool, are very similar to the ones they have in 'Aqua-Therapy/Hydro-Therapy', which is gaining popularity in aiding people who have been in both sports and vehicle accidnts. They often help rebuild muscle mass quicker, yet without the feeling that you have just gone through the worst torture ever. Water creates more 'drag' causing a more intensive workout, but in turn helps reduce discomfort and pain on the joints caused by our weight/gravity.
