Don't Cry No Tears

Don't cry no tears around me
Don't cry no tears around me
'Cause when all the water's gone
The feeling lingers on
Old true love
ain't too hard to see
Don't cry no tears around me.

Well I wonder
who's with her tonight?
And I wonder
who's holding her tight?
But there's nothing I can say
To make him go away
Old true love
ain't too hard to see
Don't cry no tears around me.

There's nothing I can say
To make him go away
Old true love
ain't too hard to see
Don't cry no tears around me
Don't cry no tears around me.

  • this is a great song for the first track on the first album with new horse member Frank Sampedro....the 2 guitars are very evenly woven together, hard to tell which one is the lead, I guess the one on the left as it has the solo....,but is that Neil or Frank?

  • @slumberm83 ..Hell, I sure know what you mean, the way I feel this evening..

  • Neil must have been pretty heartbroken when he recorded this album. It's a good one though...good if you have a broken heart!

  • @slumberm or just plain Stupid

  • anthem of my life.

  • I found the first version of this song. Archives box contains a song called "I WONDER" which is previously unreleased and made in 1963. Fun!

  • There is a lot of music I love, from classical to whatever....and Neil Young has always been number one on my list of favorites, I think because he is so down to earth. True, he doesn't have an operatic voice, but he is the only one who can sing his songs the way he wrote them. I love his voice.

  • On Sunday I watched Eddie Vedder and Niel Young play this together. It was quite incredible.

  • okchula aint too hard to see
