  • @Bountylicious I know its a breath fresh air lol I hate when I am watching vids and I see ppl arguing about silly things that could be talked out. If that person cant see eye to eye then at least you tried and just move on from there. Thats how I do things lol but once again much love sister and god bless ^ ^

  • @chibi171 yes I empathize, though I can't say I know how it feels like. Everyone goes through different struggles and demons. thank you for the kind words. You are very kind sister, and I am your sister, I'm a somali girl from the uk btw :¬)

  • @Bountylicious That is one of the sad things about slavery we (our ancestors) were stripped of their identity and culture. Many came from different tribes but were dispersed back then tribalism didnt mean nothing since in the eyes of their oppressor they were one and the same. But yeah some AA will feel rejected because the whole Black/White issue is only found in the West and not every were else. But yeah just have patience with some of us lol P.S.(im a girl) much love brother! ^ ^

  • @Bountylicious I understand were your coming from some AA forget or dont understand that some Africans go by a tribe/ethnic name and not just black. Which explains why some feel others are trying to put a rift between them. Its a bit complicated with us since almost all AA mainly ones from the South of the U.S.(were I am from) are about unity if your African or of African descent your our ppl lol. We feel Africans are a connection to the motherland and its other ppl and we want that.Cont

  • God Bless all the people of Africa, and all the people from Africa. We have all been through many different struggles. We are from Royalty, we all descend from various and magnificent history, heritage and culture. so we must not forget.

  • @chibi171 no brother, although we somaalis/africans get a lot of grieve from african americans, and don't see eye to eye on many factors, including this fallacious black race, many try to force on us. We respect everyone, and we respect African american people. we are sorry for what your ancestors have been through, and we praise the good, the hard workers, amongst you, all the achievements, medical, agricultural breakthroughs, all the inventions. We are too wise to believe all the stereotypes.

  • @chibi171 Its okay. yes we're all (africans and non-africans) from same ancestors even though its very very distant. some groups share similar phenotype, customs etc.but we're not the same. Africa is very diverse as you've mentioned, too diverse and ancient and full of different ethnic groups and genetic races to be the same. Its a good thing. I,a Somali, we find ourselves very different to Ethiopians, even two times more other ethnic groups, that's how the world works, it always was like this.

  • @Bountylicious P.S. I am African American XD dont be fooled by whatever the media is putting out and a few stupid examples coming from here but we dont all act, talk, think, behave, believe, dress etc.the same. I know Africans from the Continent and who visit the U.S.tend to have negative views of us and the same can be said for some AA towards Africans. But yeah the whole rap etc. isnt what our culture is all about its deeper then that its something you would have to ask a AA that really (knows)

  • @Bountylicious Sorry for delay, but yeah I am all for you and everyone embracing their roots etc. but I dont get how were not the same? Dont we all trace our origins to one African(s) who gave rise to all other Africans who were at first one and the same until recent times? Yes we are the most diverse because we diverged from the same lineage and yet we dont fit a certain look. Cont
