this is a poor meet and greet !! i am chocked i love this band but i dont want to be standing in line like this !! fortunatly, i worked for them 3 times !! ps: just for fun check Metallica with their fans !!

Just to point out...
Dave is a recovering addict. I know someone who went to one of these meet and greets and he didn't even look her in the eye because she was tipsy; he's an extremely avid 12 stepper and has to avoid any kind of temptation.
We all have our quirks, maybe this is just one of Dave's. He's extremely affectionate with Martin and the other bandmates on stage so it's obviously a prob he has with strangers.
He's a hero for continuing with the tour after all that illness.

@TzarAndy Anyway... That is what I think and to be honest, I really don't care about that. I don't wanna meet them, I don't wanna talk to them... The music of DM makes me fly with or without gloves. I'm in love with their songs and I don't care about the men.

A simple reflection... Don't you have never thought that he had been operated shortly before this and that he had to protect himself from a possible disease of the other persons because his auto-immunity had decreased. I think that's why he's wearing gloves. You should see nothing of negative there... imho
