  • Talk about memories. I was in the 629th TCF from 89 to 90.

  • Hi , i´m searching for some people who went on the new school in hessisch oldendorf. Now it is the elementary school "Grundschule am Rosenbusch".

The wall at the left side after the main entrance is subscriped from all the studens und teachers, who were at this school before it was closed.

I´m searching for some former students.

My little son is now in the 1st class at the elementary school and I was visiting this american school before it closed.

    Best regards

  • J. R. and Mary Anne were friends of ours (Don and Mary Ann Johnson) while we were at Hess 79-82. Great dancers. Hope they're doing well.

  • HI Y'ALL ! I'M GERMAN AND USED TO WORK FOR THE BRITISH ARMEE IN HAMELN. FRIENDS OF MINE FROM RMP AND SIB JOINED THE LONE STAR COUNTRY CLUB LATER ON. GREAT FUN WE HAD IN THE NCO'S CLUB WITH MARY ANNE (COW PATTY) AND J.R. COOK. AND ALL THE OTHER FRIENDS.

NOT TO FORGET THE 4TH OF JULY PARTIES OUTSIDE AND ON THE MARKET SQUARE. REMEBER WHEN THE TOWNMAYOR WAS DOIN' BULLRIDING. IT WAS SUCH A GREAT TIME WITH YOU ALL. GREAT MEMORIES ABOUT UNFORGOTTEN FRIENDSHIPS LIKE (SPEEDY) GONZALES. R.I.P. BUDDY

  • Wow! That was a walk down memory lane. I was stationed there from 1985 to 1988 at the 609th. I am visiting Norfolk, VA. and Thursday, I'm going to Richmond to visit my friend from Hess. Greg Harrison. I loved Germany! David Moore- Data Maint. Prost to you all.

  • I was stationed there in 1980 to 1983 and then again in 1989 till right before it closed. Hated the thought of going to Germany when I first got my orders but am so glad I went there. Wish it was still open. Thanks for the memories. Kevin Dunlap

  • I have a tremendous amount of memories and emotion tied to my time in the 609 TCS from Dec. 81 to Sept. 83. From Bad Munder to ELF One, to Karup up in Denmark. An amazing experience that changed the direction of my life if you knew me and know how I "went out." Thanks for the glimpse of my past...Chris Carda
