I've read several times that the only side effect from melatonin could be feeling groggy. The most melatonin you'll have in your body naturally is 300 micrograms. So taking 3 milligrams is a lot of overkill.

Look up Robert Smiths Videos on YouTube, regarding EFT,"emotional freedom technique". Watch all the videos,and do what he says. This will really help you. Also, look up Gary Craig, and use his technique, it's the best. :) Arum

don't take melatonin man. Ive tried that crap and it makes you feel like shit. Quit that shit, youre not supposed to use it unless you travel and have jet lag.

Yes, and kept a journal for quite some time. I never did come up with any food intolerances. I kinda wish that's all it was though! LOL

Have you tried "Emotional Freedom Technique"? EFT. It will really help you, and usually anyone else.
