Its been years had past since Alex came to our lives. I cant imagine how we able to live with a human in the sense that were hiding our secret identity to her, living in a low profile and act like ordinary humans without using our super vampiric abilities and the worst of all eating human dishes which we vomit. Although we had some reckless acts that made her suspicious but we are able to come up with some sensible stories or more like alibis. As for me, Ive been trying o do my best to control myself when Im around her I cant believe she super close to me and sometimes she wants to figure me out cause Im acting mysteriously more than my brothers specially when I got thirsty and I am with her. Damn her scent is getting stronger as she grows and the worst part it makes me want to bite her and suck her till she dries out. I look at the clock and its 4:30 in the morning, were busy preparing for Alex birthday. I went to the kitchen to help Kevin while Joe is wrapping Alex birthday presents. What are you cooking Kevs I ask. Some Mexican foods Im sure she will Love it. Kevin replied in excitement. After wrapping all the gift Joe joined us in the kitchen. What can I do for help guys?Joe ask. Nothing Joe were good here and were almost done Kevin mumbled. All are already set in the dining area and went to my room to wake Alex. Kevin open the door slowly and went to Alex bedside and wakes her up with his soft velvet voice.
Alex P.o.V.
It was morning and I heard the door open I know its them but I didnt bother to open my eyes and still pretend to sleep cause I want them to wake me. The same routine on my special days. Although this day reminds me of that tragic event that now I could hardly remember still they made it special. I heard soft steps going towards the side of my bed and I feel the cold hands that strokes my hair down to my cheeks and chin. Wake up little angel I knew it was my Dads voice so soft that made me a goose bumps. I open my eyes and I felt my dads cold lips kissing my forehead and he whispered softly to my ears. Happy birthday we had a surprise to you downstairs. Happy birthday Alex Joe and Nick says it in a musical tone, I smiled. I run to them and I hugged them separately. We went directly downstairs and Joe covers my eyes for I guess another surprise then he releases his cold hands gently. Surprise!!! they shout with glee. Its Its I dont know really what it is some kind of a bracelet in used to wear in ancient years with a golden color and with a carvings of a roses and one butterfly. (Just imagine the scorpion as a butterfly bracelet of the movie the mummy returns) Its beautiful is this real? I ask in curiosity. Umm Ahhh. No I bought it somewhere downtown Im sure you like it thats why I bought it. Nick said very quickly. Okay2x how about you open the other present Kevin handled me one with an excited expression. I had a pair of boots, a sling bag, a digital camera, a cell phone, a laptop, an IPod, some jewelry, a jeans, sweater, rubber shoes. Wow what a gift my expression was astonished on how expensive this gift are. As long as it makes you happy we will give it to you Kevin says. You three are my happiness Dad, uncle Joe, Nick and I am so thankful that I am with you I smiled and a tear for into my eyes. Then they hugged me gently. After I ate Joe brought me to school.
*At School*
Have a nice school Alex, By the way Nick will going to pick you this afternoon cause Kevin and I will going hun I mean doing important things if you know what I mean. He mubled. Well I had no idea what youre talking about but I'll play along I smiled sheepishly. Ok Alex goodbye He smirk at me. I went straight to my locker and get my books for my first class Earth Science. As the bell ring I went directly to my classroom. As I enter the room our Science teacher has not yet around so Mitch and Nini went to my class to greet me.
Happy birthday Alex! Nini said in a loud voice. Shhhhhhh would you minimize your voice its embarrassing me I sighed. Ooopssss Sorry I was a little excited to greet you She smiled. So whats your plans on your birthday are you having a birthday party at your place? Mitch asked excited. Nope I dont like parties you know that we just celebrate my birthdays in a very simple ways although my family makes it too complicated I laugh sheepishly. Oh I thought of that too. She guessed with one eyebrow raised. The bell rings and Mr. Haggorn is already in the room. Good morning class He scowled, and Nini and Mitch still doesnt paying attention to him. Miss Nini Monterno and Miss Mitch Santiago I believe youre not in my class He said in a serious voice. Aww sorry Mr. Haggorn we didnt noticed the bell ring She said in excuse Mitch lean towards me Well be meeting you at the forest behind the school well show you something see you there after class. She whispered
