The name Rip Curl is synonymous with all things surf and snow, and in this radical collection of footage, you'll find the best of both. Top surfing, snowboarding and skiing action from some of the most picturesque locations in the world, including Indonesia, Mexico, Tahiti and New Zealand.

From great mid-air shots of snowboarders and skiers with crisp blue sky backdrops and whiter-than-white snow, to breathtaking camera work tracking new breed surfers through major tubes. Most of the quality high speed footage is shot on Super 16mm film (not edited as 'slow-mo' but actually shot that way).

There are also many shots of Super8 of local kids, markets, landscape and seascapes, it's not an effect, that's how it was shot, on Super8 film and then telecined, all adding further to the dynamics of the sport. And lots of snowboarding stunts including 180 to 720 degree jumps (using ramps, half-pipes and quarter-pipes) from some of the sport's hottest young talent.
