Dude if you cant insatall cold cathodes into a pc, your either a retard or you cant follow directions very well.

@RazerWire722 i know >.> i use molex's for my fans when i dont have room but im saying ur optical drive uses molex's when the newer ones use sata cables and sata power calbes -

@threatfiree Dude, the video is 3 years old, damn.. Molex still exist in even the latest PSU's and still offer the connectivity of Cathodes in the same way I showed here

for plugging it in,do I just take out the wire that goes into my optical drive, plug in the cathode one and then plug it back in?

@IxTeejxI Yup, simple as that. I've since learned you don't need to plug the other end back in and the lights will still work but obviously, in this case, the DVD drive would not

I got 2 x 12” Acrylic encased Cold cathode light tubes. 1x Inverter which has 2 connections for the 2 tubes. 1x Power Cable. 1x PCI mountable Rocker Switch ON/OFF. 1x Fixing kit Velcro or sticky pads for £7( $11) is that a good deal or did I get ripped off?
