Hi! I have a question because I'm a little bit confused. Do we just do 1 -4 minute circuit? Or multiple 4 minute circuits? I know we are suppose to do this exercise for 45 seconds each I'm just not sure how many times you recommend. Thanks so much! I love your videos you have such a great personality and do a good job of breaking these down so that its easy to understand :)

Try not going all the way back down, and just lower half way staying on the meet of your glute, you shouldn't really be on your tailbone at all, or use more cushion. Let me know if this helps!

I would suggest yes focus on other larger muscle exercises to lose the weight like squats and lunges. These do work your abs. You wont slim down your midsection by doing crunches but you will gain definition once the extra fat in gone. Cardio and diet are most important when it comes to your abs.
