Fallout 3 Level 30 Perk: Nuclear Anomaly

The Video Response is a depiction of the perk in third person.

For anyone who was curious about the new level 30 perk from fallout 3, here it is. Prepare for disappointment.

For everyone who keeps missing it, the video response is a third person view of the perk and is in no way any different than first person. There's no mushroom cloud, there's no awesome animation, nothing.

The basis behind this perk is simple to get.

You take more damage on very hard. This means you'll lose a high amount of health and just bypass the HP zone where the perk takes effect.

You take less damage on very easy, meaning you're almost sure to get the benefits of the perk.

Here's an even easier way of showing you what this perk does.

You have 100 health and play on very hard. A death claw hits you for 60 damage. You now have 40. You get hit again for another 60. You are now at or below 0 health. You die. YOU MUST BE BETWEEN 1-20 HEALTH FOR THE PERK TO WORK UNLESS THEY CHANGE IT OR HAVE CHANGED IT.

You have 100 health and play on very easy. You get hit by a deathclaw for 10 points of damage each round. once you hit 20, you'll go boom, heal, and kill the deathclaw.

You have to be between 1 and 20 health for it to work unless they've altered the way the perk works.

ZERO IS NOT BETWEEN ONE AND TWENTY, THEREFORE YOU DIE.

This is how the perk worked about 4 days after the DLC was released. If they change it or have changed it, then just ignore the video and use it's information on how crappy the perk looks in effect. It's easy.

The only way I know how to get your level cap to 30 is by blowing up Megaton and clicking on the robots head, but I already disarmed the bomb and can't find any other understandable and easy to get ways to get level cap 30.

lol at the haters who think they know shit about what happened. the bomb still killed a ton of innocent civilians which is last time i checked, terrorism. But since it was during a war, other rules applied i guess.

just got to 30 and testing this perk... i seemed to die every time it happened, even when facing a weak brotherhood machine gunner who was doing less than 20 hp damage every round of shots. just came here to see if you always die when it happens.

i knew this perk would probably be useless before i ever got it, especially since i always play on very hard, so i had always planned to go with almost perfect.
