Another great exercise for those legs. Lunges are great for butt and quads. You will know this the next day after you do many, many of them. They aren't difficult until you add weights...but learn good form first. You can probably tell, I'm working on this editing thing...
Just wait until next week, when the kettlebells start swinging!
