  • Thanx....even im from GTF Taekwondo. The Master tips really help me....I'm finally know why always lose in sparring at the 1st round...im really thank full....my Master didnt even tell me about it .

  • @LoongKin Glad it helped.

  • Yes, speed is always good but timing is better. You can be slower but if you have better timing then you can still win. You need to work on checking (fainting) and attacking off the check. Also work on your side to side or angle movements. Also work on your counter game as well.

    I will see about putting up more of Master Suh's tips.

  • @CASteel1 you make a lot of sence were are you located. i studied kyokushin before they fight the way you are talking about.
