GOOD QUESTION!!! In this presentation I wanted to include only runners who had directly sent me their stories and emails. There are definantly older female runners out there, like Sigrid Eichner who completed Badwater at the age of 64 in 2005. However, I did not have any female runners respond, so they are not in this video :( In general there are fewer females who participate in ultramarathoning, but I wish I did have more stories from the ones who are out there! I
