15.10.09. CAS Little Theater.

Part of the CAS Concert for a Cause, fund raising for the victims of typhoon Ondoy (Ketsana). In behalf of the Department of Behavioral Sciences, Anthro123 students of Prof. Rosa Castillo performed an ethnic song entitled "On Potok".

"On Potok" ("Ang Lupa" in Tagalog) is a song by the Dumagat indigenous peoples of Rizal and Quezon, which talks about their environment and their ancestral land, and their existence is threatened by the upcoming construction of Laiban Dam, wherein they will be displaced and be deprived of their ancestral land. Also, the Dumagat has been victimized by the typhoon Ondoy, and they are asking for assistance.
