The Workout: Yes, you need to train your abs as much as you train the rest of your body. In this workout we hit them from all angles. We recommend doing this workout 3x a week on cardio days.
Muscles Targeted: Abs.
Equipment: Swiss Ball, Mat, Dumbbells:5lbs and a Bosu(can do without as well)
