This is a novel, I'm almost done with.
I was writing some more of it last night and went, "I should make a video to promote it before I get it published."
Basically, the story is about these twins, a boy and a girl, who live in a different world than ours. However, there was a prophecy written about them long before they were born, saying that the sides they chose would seal the fate of their world...and of ours.
Their mother kills their father, for their world is held together by the delicate marriage of one dark, and one light person marrying, and their mother was of the dark. The brother takes the credit for killing his father, and he plans to bask the worlds in darkness, but the sister loved her father, and his murder drives her to flee, so her brother can't use her powers to harm anyone.
He tries to find a way to strip her powers from her and take them for his own, and she struggles with saving innocents, and with the chilling thoughts that she may have to kill her own brother.
There's lots of drama, love, betrayal, even some romance, and it's definitely a lot darker than other stories I've written, but I think that it's coming along really well. It's definitely not for those of low constitution, and when it gets published, I'll let you know.

I've been in one of those places lately, so I decided to try and finish this story, and I've edited in so much more dark stuff, and it's kind of fun.
