Dr. Cascio exposes the suprascapular nerve and artery in order to relieve the pressure on the suprascapular nerve in a massive, retracted rotator cuff tear. The suprascapular nerve is under the ligament. The arthroscope is in the posterior portal, the probe is coming in through the lateral portal.
