    Have one suggestion:

    that you post your current weight in the title of each corresponding week.

    One question:

    How many dogs do you have? My guess is 4.

    Purina corporation-if you're reading this-send the man a truck load of dog chow!

  • hey bro, great series of vids, i just ran across them, hilarious.

    you've been doing some good work, great progress!! but just a few suggestions.

    -work out at least five times a week, alternate upper and lower body

    -find something that working out will help you with, like a sport (softball, raquetball), helps to keep up motivation.

    -nothing replaces running (or eqivilent)this is one of the best was to lose wait, also tones muscles, particularly your core

    keep it up, find some good tunes

  • I wish I could run, but my left ankle won't work well enough to permit that. But the Treadclimber ought to work!

    It is awesome. Give yourself a big pat on the back. I hope you are proud of what you are doing!

    When you get your treadclimber, do at least 10 minutes before you use the bowflex, it will boost your metabolism before you start your bowflex.

  • Listen Frank...Believe it or not, you have built up a fan base including me, a new bowflex user by the way.

    Whatever you do, don't stop, first for yourself, and for us. You know more than all of us how hard it is to keep going, and what you do week to week keeps many of us inspired.

    Thanks for all of your hard work, and I have been waiting for your next new week, but it just doesn't show up on here as of late.

    Please don't quit.

  • I think the Treadclimber might do it for you.

    For me it was a treadmill. It reduced the impact-which is sometimes crucial for wonky joints- in 2 ways: the shock absorbers underneath the conveyor belt. AND while walking/running I would hold the railings just enough to support some of my weight. Without doing so I could not get a real cardio workout-my joints were giving out too early. Later I was able to walk upright. I know that the fitness gurus see this as a cardinal sin-but what the hey!
