@shadow208 jiu jitsu came before judo in japan but they judokas battled the jiu jitsu guys to see which was the superior martal art.. judo won kount koma traveled the world teaching jiu jitsu to who wanted to learn, then people who are commenting on this video should know that kount koma came to brasil and showed oswaldo and carlos gracie... little know fact carlos, helio and oswaldo gracie's father was frank gracie a native of scotland before coming to brasil.

@eastcoastcroc i'll tell you one thing, it is very refreshing to have a little debate about martial arts without becoming keyboard warriors and insulting each other...... which is all i seem to see when i look at the comments of bjj or judo videos, you have my utmost respect. @Shadow208 this is also true, in a sport or martial art with so many influences its not unlikely that 2 groups could be doing the same moves and never have met each other .also eddie states that his lockdown came from judo so its not far fetched at all. good points my friend
