Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor" features the national pushback against the Berkeley City Council. Americans are furious with Berkley for calling on citizens to impede the work of our troops HERE IN AMERICA - and calling Marine Recruiters "uninvited" and "unwelcome intruders."

@lbopie97 I'm not dq, but I'll take the challenge: foreign aid doctors in war zones, service workers for refugee camps in areas like Darfur, and anyone who would risk their life for a just *cause* without payment. Why is that "more honorable" than serving one's country? One's country isn't always in defense of just causes.

There's no definition of what's "American" and what isn't, but most people would agree that to be an "American" one ought to think for themselves and stand up for the principles they believe in. Pacifism is a legitimate principle to be stood up for.
