Steven, even the best rated mess hall gets pretty old after you've been stuck using it for over 3 years. Just ask me...I am SSG Shannon's wife and I don't care about the food quality (let's just say that I could only afford two meals a day even at the mess hall to feed my children)...I care about what happened to my husband and his comrades. What's ironic is the care was great but the red tape was more than appalling.
Thanks for sticking up for Walter Reed though. Without it we'd starve.

I'll bet my lunch NOBODY ever omplained about the Walter Reed mess hall. One of the best in the service.
