Bridget Hohner, recent alumnus of the graduate program at the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources and Environment, conducted research regarding distribution of native Michigan unionid (mussel) species, as well as the current effects on mussels from and potential revision to application of lampricides used to control invasive sea lamprey populations in Michigan watersheds and the Great Lakes.
