Yes, that is definitely Jeff on bass. His voice has a very distinct and unique character. I've been following him for years. He actually introduced me to the very first male quartet that I ever sang bass with.
I don't think you realise my freind, the level of training this man has experienced - as a soloist he can match it with Pavarotti, but he chose to sing for the Lord.
