@SovereignBeing They believe that the transition to the Age of Aquarius can be sped up as well, at least that's what I gather from much of these rituals. By shifting the Earth's magnetic axis the transition can be hastened, or so they believe. Delusions of grandeur are par for the course amongst the 'illuminutty'.

Planetary dignity, debilitation and exaltation doesn't perfectly correspond as a 1 to 1 ratio.
