Pretty cool video of tumbleweeds flying around in a vortex. If you live out in the dry plains in summer these vortexes are common occurences and usually harmless. This one was just a little unusual.

  • fake huh? Not sure how you came to that conclusion. You ever seen a dust devil? This is just a dust devil minus the dust and plus tumbleweeds.

  • I have lived in hot dry conditions pretty much all my life, I've seen phenomena like this first hand. 80 years ago an event called the Dust Bowl occurred. The Dust Bowl was not only dust, it was a mixture of dust and dead plant material such as tumbleweeds, hay, wheat and cotton. Tumbleweeds are extremely light weight and could easily be picked up by winds (otherwise they wouldn't be tumbleweeds, they'd just be weeds). Granted, this is an unusual case, hence the reason for posting.

  • save the cheerleader... save the world...

  • you guys probably don't see it but that's me walking in the middle of that. I'd like this video of me to be removed before the government finds me.

  • this is how tumbleweeds spawn. tumbleweed orgy on film! upload it to youporn!

  • My grandfather used to tell me about some phenomena he had seen in his journey through life. He passed away 27 years ago, but I never forget this one he told me about a very rare surreal scene of a 7 dogs dust devil in a small village in Mexico. He was a great mathematician and even was writing a theory about what he named "the 7 cats dynamics". Unfortunately never finished due his Alzheimer's disease.

  • instantly make a horrormovie bout this.

  • @glitzandmalt lol, where I went to Australia very little of it looked this way. Most of it was rolling grassland and trees as far as one could see. Then we headed into the "Outback" what a stunning difference. Although I guess when you think of any landmass the size of Australia one is bound to find extremes in landscape.

  • @BadSmaxx this is all of australia.......its that boring... yes

  • what more if giant tumbleweeds?

  • @jigglesnap I would bet Australia by the look of the landscape.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 Yeah, don't worry about whoopdeefriggindoo, he is a troll with nothing better to do than say everything is fake. Much like his social skills.
