x-collar and ked are better, keep trying thought you do have some good gear.

punto a) cosa significa in termini biomeccanici "non mi piace"?
punto b) it is not mandatory è importante l'allineamento neutro della colonna durante la manovra e tutti gli spostamenti in asse.

20 secondi ci vogliono per la "Fast Extrication" senza collare e cinture, provare per credere, i primi report dalla strada sono straordinari.
