Wow.. That's some terrible physics. I bet they made it this way 'cause they figured out the physics AFTER doing the graphics, GUI.. etc..
I guess the physics would've been the important part first, bfore realizing, "Shit, nobody can play this game unless we slow it down and make it awkward! Crap crap crap!"
