The Lion King of Egypt
Sayed Al Essawy can very well be dubbed the Lion King of Egypt.
The Egyptian showman entertained dozens of people in Mansoura on June 25th in a solo fight with a lion.
Mr. Al Essawy claims he possesses supernatural abilities and entertains audiences in an effort to contribute to the country's suffering tourism industry after the uprising against President Hosni Mubarak saw his ouster in February.
While some people were impressed with the show, Mr. Al Essawy was accused by others of sedating and training the beast.

You are not a 'Lion King', you are an animal abuser, loser, scumbag, lowlife. Real men do not abuse animals, real men are kind and compassionate. Watching abuse like this of a sentient being will NEVER encourage me to visit Egypt, this will do nothing for promoting tourism at all. Shame on you and shame on the Egyptian authorities for allowing this to happen despite so many people protesting their outrage.
