@usmcsniper2015 In those days pit stops were avoided like the plague. Cars were fully fueled before race and the tires expected to last. IIRC, regular pit stops only came into fashion in the 80's.

@gustcba ... asi es y aparte de ver innovaciones había mucha pelea entre varias marcas por el campeonato. no se si te acordas pero el piloto que salia campeón, como mucho ganaba tres o cuatro carreras. No es porque uno haya vivido esa epoca, pero esa formula 1 era mucho mas linda que la de ahora.

@Cambridgegraham yea, that definitely looks like a fast, hairy chested place to drive near the limit, especially when the tail snaps out in the vid, and the driver has to feed in an armful of opposite lock.....priceless!

este auto me hizo "enamorar" de la formula 1, la sigo desde aquellos tiempos (yo tenía 17 años en 1976) y fui fan numero de Tyrrell hasta que el equipo desapareció, que buenos tiempos aquellos que se veían tantas innovaciones, todos autos diferentes, este es mi auto preferido de toda la formula 1, GRANDE MR. KEN TYRRELL

This is my favourite f1 car ever! This was great time in f1, because every car looks different.
And today? Today Bernie make a stupid restrictions. When someone make great innowation, in next season it will be illegal...
