  • you got a shop in the UK that sells them. Doing a 48 hour charity ride next year and will need all the edge I can get to complete it.

  • @deve8uk Yes, we do have a distribution in the UK. veroli.co.uk/

  • pls try with a chain on it

  • @tenseken please see the comment we left for @trogedon. Triathlon Magazine Buyers Guide 2011 Page 106 has rated our bottom bracket as a top bottom bracket without being ceramic. All cranks have been set-up using the guide line from the crank company. So nothing has been installed with less pre-load. Feel free to try it yourself and see the difference. Hawk Racing offers a 30 day money back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product.

  • Do you guys have a square taper bottom bracket available?

  • @HawkRacingUSA What if my bearing race inside of my bmx bike BB is oversized? Would your bearings work good?

  • Have to say I have been on a Hawk Racing BB for the past 6 months. This BB is a huge improvement over not only stock BBs but can compete with top of the line ceramic BBs as well. With Hawk Racings 30 day money back offer it is at least worth a shot. Thanks to Hawk Racing for a good product.

  • @trogedon That is right. You get nowhere without a chain, but the video is to show the friction of our bottom bracket, not the friction of the drive train that would incl. all the other parts. Wind Tunnel Tests are made by companies for wheels without a bicycle and athletes still believe those numbers are correct or frames are tested without a rider, but with a rider it would change EVERYTHING. Still athletes believe it, but you get nowhere either right? Just something to think about!

  • I'm a big skeptic when it comes to "Snake Oil" marketing.... meaning NO... I do not have a magic hologram wrist band that makes me one with the universe. That being said... I purchased the Bottom Bracket and pullies for my Quintanna Roo CD.01, and noticed a difference immediately. These are the best I've used so far, and I am switching my other bikes (ceramic) to Hawks Racing as well- Great Product. Try it, and you'll be singing it's praises too-

  • Hawk makes really nice stuff there is no question, not going to bash it. A buddy has a bb of his and he seems to like it. As has been pointed out the video is meaningless in a watts saved scenario b/c the bottom bracket is NOT under load. Zinn did a test for VeloNews to debunk the friction marketing schemes. Some say it's a grease issue, others a seal and yet more a bearing issue. The difference between all the major brands was less than .2 watts. under load. End of story.
