Amanda is 5' tall and weighs 95 lbs. but as a trained Martial Arts Instructor she has learned the skills and techniques and has confidence to defend herself in case she is attacked.
Amanda will demonstrate Self Defense techniques in this video and other to follow.
We hope to raise awareness that knowing a few simple and easy techniques can put anyone in a position to escape at attack.

  • You cannot practice self defense against unrealistic attacks. What kind of attacker are you training against?  Frankenstein? You think a mugger is gonna come up to you with his arms outstretched like a zombie and drape his hands over your shoulders? Ever so gently? No. Never. Put yourself in the attacker’s shoes. What is his reason/intention/purpose? Consider that, and then consider how the attacker would realistically go about achieving his goal. And THAT'S what you train against.

  • @radiojustus Also, this is to all women...learn how to punch to the face, neck and eyes...stop w/ the crotch shots...men are conditioned to block these attacks. Amanda is promoting a self-defense that will get women and men hurt more. Center line theory is way better.
