Man, if i got my hands on the person/s that did this... i would most probably torture them and well...i won't say any more. Hope they find the scum that did this to poor Snowy! :(
Also charges for animal abuse are FAR too lenient!
Look at what happened with poor Buckley, who had his ears and tail cut off... the charges against the wanker that did it were dropped and he is still able to own pets!
