@DERedhead65 Thanks for the nice reply & I couldn't agree with you more. I first seen Mike at Hillsdale, Mich., then Baraboo, Wisc. & Peotone, Ills. - so my Tri-State area also. Also seen him in Greenwood (?), Ind., and at a taping of "Be A Star" (in Nashville), which is where is I first got familiar with his work. He does have a distinct style. Also seen him once, or twice at the Steel Guitar Covention in St. Louis.

@HippyHillbillie YES I KNOW Mike well... since I was Young, used to go see Bill Anderson all over the Tri State area where I live here in DE/PA/MD/NJ... Mike was Always a Sweetheart, VERY Nice guy and I miss him and the others who used to be with Bill's PO Folks band... sweet memories... Mike is one of the FINEST steel guitar players in the BIZ 4 sure and certainly MY personal favorite, I can usually "tell" his playin' apart from anyone... smiles. I see him on alot of Opry things now... (:
