Afghan Presidential Candidate Abdullah Abdullah, former Foreign Minister and doctor, meets with EU High Representative Javier Solana in Kabul, one month before the 2009 presidential elections.

A campaign manager of Afghan presidential candidate Abdullah Abdullah has been badly hurt after his vehicle was attacked, officials say.

Officials say his car was shot at in Laghman province. His driver was killed in the assault.

The attack follows an assassination attempt on President Karzai's running mate on Sunday. No group has claimed responsibility for either incident.

with regard to de usage of the afghan word by Khushal Khan,u need to understand that Khushal also used this word for people who lived in Sulaiman Mountains in present Pakisan not the residents of our present terrirtory.
