@Trulyloyale I mentioned the clear penalty denied on Boninsegna, as the great game of my Italy in the first half.

And Martellini in the video tells about an offside of Cruijff (not easy to copy) at 2-1.

But in the second half Italy has disappeared, as the same Martellini bitterly says in the video.

We were so inferior for class and experience that the coach Bernardini in the same evening declared himself satisfied !

In a normally refereed match Italy would have won and the result would have been exactly the opposite , deal with truth .

To be fair the 2010 final was by far the most unwatchable ever being all upon violent play and ugly anti-football !!

And I partially agree on WC 1990 being awful, it really was ,that's why germany won it thanks to another shameless bribed ref. who gitfed the krauts of a ridiculous penalty in damage of Argentina , though I' must say the worst final EVER was the 2010 one, the ugliest & most awfull in the history of WC due to the Netherlands' tactic of playing Kung-Fu and Karate tackles vs rivals and due to the all torurnament long dirty play by the dutch players .

The game was whistled by english ref. Webb .
