Lime Squash (preserve) Making Made Easier

Lime squash is a refreshing and tasty beverage /drink for any time of the year and is very easily made and stored.. here is how you make it.. cut as many lemons as you can and extract the juice and collect in a bottle after measuring the volume.. take an equal volume of water and an equal volume of sugar and make a syrup.. cool the syrup and add to the lime juice .. the reconstituting is by way of taking 25% of the concentrate and 75 of plain or chilled water and mixing .. this squash will improve in taste over one or two days and can preserve for long periods .. it is tasty and healthy... so

What kind of stove are you using? It puzzels me that you can boil water so quickly, yet drops on the heating surface do not evaporate. ...?

it is an induction stove, costs about Rs 3000/-, it heats the bottom of the vessel by inducing high frequency alternating magnetic field and the heat is as a result of hysterisis losses induced in the bottom of the vessel.. there is no heating surface ..works only with stainless steel utencils which have a flat bottom, and does the heating very efficiently and very fast.. in fact too fast sometimes for comfort ! it is a korean make and is now available everywhere, i think ! :)
