This AMV is absolute genius. Everything about it fits in perfect with the actual anime.
I'm amazed.

Great editing

I've watched this years ago before I even had my YT account. And I once said to myself: This amv portrays the very essence and insanity of PA. Fast forward. Coming back to watch this, the feeling remained the same: I love every single second of it.
This is one of those unique, brilliant amvs that will linger in one's subconscious. Kudos to the creator.

This one is perfect! it fits in an awesome way with the song. I haven't watched Paranoia Agent yet, but it made me want to right now.

fucking awesome intro and video too:)

@xyzaffair thats because it IS the music in A Clockwork Orange :p

I didn't actually like that particular TFF rendition of Mad World, but now I do...This AMV is simply glorious.
And it's a mad world because noone takes responsibility until they are forced into an inescapable corner. They try everything except responsibility, that's the definition of madness. Doing everything frantically, except the thing that works...

The opening sound reminds me of the music in A Clockwork Orange.

I don't care how overused it is, I like this song.
Contrary to what some comments say, there's more than one theme going on in Paranoia Agent; just because it didn't focus on "taking responsibility" for one's actions, doesn't mean than this AMV missed the point of the series. It just chose to focus on hysteria building up on itself ("when people run in circles, it's a very, very mad world"). It fit quite well with what the characters were experiencing. Excellent pacing and use of clips, also.

@redscribbler the theme is in fact about abstaining responsibility, maromi tells you to take a rest, its okay to let go. and to those who cannot let go natuarally, lil' slugger is there to ease your burden. the theme is to not care, it's the conclusion that tells you to take responsibility. that states that you are the only one that causes your reality.
when enough people believed in the idea of maromi/lil'slugger the world almost ended.
