Brad Blakeman Compares Glenn Beck to Jon Stewart and Bill Maher

From 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Brad Blakeman seems to be channeling a bit of Tucker Carlson's rhetoric with the Jon Stewart is not funny line, and he has the nerve to compare Stewart and Bill Maher to Glenn Beck. Last I checked Blakeman, neither of them were insane liars who look like they've lost their damned mind on their shows and are running segments that would give most small children nightmares.

And I've got news for you. They are both funny. Maybe not all the time and both of them bomb on occasion, but they are both comedians and don't pretend to be anything else besides comedians. The joke in this segment is your pathetic defense of Limbaugh and Beck as "entertainers". The only people these nut jobs entertain are the fringe elements of our society who still think George Bush was a great President and that Obama is a terrorist determined to destroy the country.

@Slugg329 they all both merely exercising their right to free speech, exposing their limited perception through the absolutist voicing of their ignorant opinions. but no one is forced to watch or listen to these shows, so what is the problem? to me they both have a LOT in common: being dogmatic Statists, they both support tzarist coercion as a means to an end. "comedian" is a subjective title; I personally find Beck to be far funnier than Stewart (whether intended or not).

@Slugg329 I was at the rally and I didn't encounter any Castrophiles. Maybe there were some Marxists there, I'm not claiming I met everybody, but I sure didn't see any. I have a hunch that chase14 is just repeating rumors. (I mean, "pinko?" Who *says* that?) I wouldn't call the people at the rally apathetic, just frustrated with politics-as-usual. It was mostly liberals and libertarians. (Real libertarians, not TPers. One guy was promoting his small govt/free enterprise ideals by dealing pot.)
