Q) How do you get the Water Stone?

A) There ar two ways to get a Water stone:

Fisherman Tully occasionally has one for you. You need his number and he will randomly phone you telling you he "has something for you". He's in the route West of Mahogany town, staring out at the water, claiming to be fishing.

After defeating the Elite Four, Visit BIll's grandpa in Cerulean cape. (Where Bill was in Generation I). You'll need a Lickitung, Oddish, Growlith, Staryu and Pichu, note PICHU, to get all the elemental stones + an everstone. Each Pokemon gives their respective elemental stone. Lickitung gives the Everstone and is always first.

Q) What does completing all these puzzles do?

A) The backwall puzzles and sliding stone puzzles do nothing amazing; The Backwall puzzles give you some free items aswell as a message inscribed into a floor which is nothing really to worry about, and the sliding stone puzzles unlock more Unown types. Collecting all 26 Unown unlocks a feature only really useful for the ACTUAL Gameboy Advance, the ability to print off messages in Unown and giving them to your friends. Contrary to popular opinion, spelling out the Legendary Beasts' names with the Unown will not make them easier to catch, so don't even bother trying.

Q) What Pokémon version is this?

A) Pokémon Crystal. Gold&Silver do NOT have these puzzles and the storyline is slightly different.

Q) What does that message in the floor say?

A) "They possess great insight and refuse the outside world"

I'm assuming it's the Unown. Their Movie showed them with the ability to tap into someone's hopes and dreams and make it reality. Then it got out of control and she used her "dad" in the form of an imaginary Entei to defeat the Unown. In the movie they were shown to have some real power. In the games all they can do is give them a shit ability which does NOT let them gain power in a double-battle like Minun and Plusle, and can only have ONE rather shit attack.

I Think its BS that they have done unowns and other pokemon weaker in the game then they are in the movies and series. Every1 who has seen the Third pokemon movie knows that unowns are creepy and strong as hell but look in the game. THEY ARE SO USELESS!!! :(

@The1AndOnlyMike Hm, didn't watch the movie... Because I didn't i'll assume this: there was another pokemon named unown but was somehow wiped out. the name unown was later given to these pokemon lettery things.
