Why the vibrato, i can decide if it's clear or not.

His phrasing is sort of a mess in places -- no need to breathe where he is choosing to. I think it is a lack of support causing the wide vibrato and a few pitch problems. It's a big voice -- perhaps he hasn't yet learned how to completely control it.

@gdj064 This is an implication, from someone jealous, that he has been castrated. This young man is simply blessed with a talent very few will ever have!!

@cunerro I concur!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best counter tenor I've ever heard!!!

Glory to God.... God bless brother!

good countertenor, you have a nice voice, congratulations, the only bad is the quality of video, thanks

@gdj064 Countertenor. Castrati died out in the early part of the 20th century.

good singer, but horrible video quality!

Castrati?
I think his interpretation is too operatic for this piece. That said he does seem to have a big voice especially for a countertenor which is a good thing. And I agree that his vibrato is too present. He definitely has talent though. Just need some fine tuning perhaps...

Pretty voice; though there is a huge vibrato (almost can't tell the difference between the line and a trill).... also, there seems to be NO tonal center on many of the ornaments... What would Handel think??? hmmm....
