A little history about the footage; this footage of L.A. was captured from a helicopter, sometime during late 2004 / early 2005. It was captured on film, then converted into a lower resolution digital format by 'grasscollective.com'. Sadly this organisation and website no longer exist, which is why I was able to legally re-upload this.
This footage then had its framerate doubled to 60fps (from 30fps) using video motion interpolation technology (creates frames in between frames - comparing the former and latter to create a intermediate image frame) which smoothens out any potential choppiness. This footage was then upscaled to 1080p. This was then muxed with music by Kevin Kendle.
