Noodles stir fried is easy to make at home if you don't want to drive all the way to China. Remember, some called this Soba noodles, egg noodle, or yellow noodle. But I called " Yummy in my tummy"...HA ha ha ha .

I like my noodles crispy. So I wouldn't put all the goop on the noodles just on the veggies and cook the noodles separate and put the veggies on top. Better texture.
