A nice day for a sweet training session. Havent worked on wall ups in forever and they still need some more work. I also got palm flip outside and on concrete the first time. Playing with some effect as well. Hope you enjoy.

when u do tht run up the wall then jump to the ledge there um around 1:59 put ur left foot higher tht should give ur right leg higher and give u more air to land and stick it

I like the way you train very much!
You have very nice technique and power.
Maybe just need to be more explosive in your pull-up when climbing after a passe-muraille or an armjump, and change your hand position a little bit later (when you are at the very top of your pull-up, not before).That's it!
