Instructions for drinking the Tea:

Go to your nearest health food store, get spring water (because it is preferred when making this tea, but NOT a must.

Buy like 2-3 gallons of SPRING water.

When making the tea at home, simply take a sauce pan, pour 3 cups of water and take 1 tea bag out of the bag. *Very important* Bring the Tea bag to boil WITH the water, so while the water is cold you can put the tea bag in there. Remember that the water needs to boil with the tea because it activates the ingredients in the tea which are made of roots and bark. And make sure you cover the sauce pan, then bring it down to simmer for about 15min.

Things NOT to do!

Do not microwave this tea EVER. That will destroy all the nutrients in the tea bag.

Do NOT add sugar, we have Stevia in the tea which is a NATURAL sweetener which actually HELPS balance the sugar levels in the body, so it is actually GOOD for diabetics!!

In addition make sure to drink a lot of water when starting out because this tea helps get rid of toxics in the body and the most gentle way for the body to rid of toxics is to pee them out.
