But adhering to certain Fundamental Code of Business Ethics, and complying with the corresponding duties, is every business executives social responsibility. Allan Fernandes, a Bachelor of Arts student at the St. Andrews College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Mumbai, India, outlines his vision for an ideal Employee Code of Ethics, based on certain value-based principles that would eventually lead to a socio-economic reform; helping solve the worlds foremost priority - shaping the post-crisis world.
