Wow, that is old age thinking. Alcohol is the killer! Drink a bottle of Jack in 20 minutes and die. Take 50 hits of LSD and be high for a few days. Big difference. Smoke as much weed as possible in 2 hours and still not die. Alcohol is the killer here....Jack Webb was cool but he is dead wrong on this one....
He is right about Heroin and Crack, they can kill you. Stay away from those drugs as well. BTW, most crack users drink a lot, many don't smoke marijuana as it kills the crack buzz.

Every addict I've known has got drunk and relapsed, but never relapsed with weed.
He said it himself: Alcohol causes poor judgemen. One uses heroin or crack with poor judgement. If marijuana doesn't cause poor judgement it is a poor gateway drug.
For (pure) LSD, like weed, the lethal dose is 10's of times the dose to get extremely high. With alcohol doubling the amount compared to a typical binge could kill you.
They are afraid because LSD users are too open-minded to vote republican.

Pain killers for a broken hand led to dope for me to achieve that same euphoria. I only did dope a few times over the summer but now I've been drinking way heavier and more often..
