@kingcobra577 Are you suggesting girls are not worthy opponents? Girls/Women can be and are just as tough as their male counterparts. You still have to train and build various skills and techniques to defeat any opponent, male or female, and should be just as pleased in a victory over either. And just as humble in defeat, regardless of gender. I'm sure you didn't intend your comment as condescending towards women, but when you think about it, it does suggest girls/women as being inferior.

@afitz32 Although I have been coached to keep the match going all the way until the end. It is very tiring, but gets a lot more experience out of that match where you can work newer moves. Don't take it easy at all, but also don't pin your opponent in thirty seconds.

in my opinion i think when a guy has to wrestle a girl, he shouldnt hold back on her. he should just treat her like any other opponent. why? because the girl did join wrestling, she knew what was coming, she was totally aware of what might happen. she knows that shes gonna have to wrestle a guy sometime. and guys are stronger than most women. and because of that she shouldnt expect any special treatment just because shes a girl.

You guys shouldn't talk so much shit. I have a (girl) cousin that got a full ride and wrestled in college. She is now a fire fighter. She is tougher than most guys I know and cute as hell.
