You have to get every Chaos Emerald, then get 5o rings and press jump twice :) You can do it in all the old Sonic Games except the first one.

@ShadyGrady3000 i did this in 2006, and thought it only took a day or so, its a day i dont have anymore. I agree its sloppy, it was just a bit of fun.

2 ways. the first, (and proper way) is to collect all the emeralds from the game. then wen you get 50 rings he changes. the other way is to cheat. google the codes
