I have a larger body, but I love chair yoga. Some of the moves you made were very hard for my body type... and because I am new to chair yoga. If you get a chance, Id love to see a chair yoga for larger bodies, or chair yoga for beginners. I went to this kind of workshop yesterday, and it was great. but they only offer it a couple of times a ywar. Thanks!

Thank you, Sadie! I've watched both the "getting out of bed" yoga and yoga "before bed" that you've done..and now this! It was a much needed energy boost around 4pm for us 8-5ers!

Very helpful. I just went through the sequence with you. I have the morning off and I felt really tired and achey (heavy workout plus yoga yesterday). Your chair workout perked me up and I'm ready to go. I will share your video with friends. Thank you again.
